And argues for it. That's the kind of person you want, showing you around: knowledgeable AND biased. That's how we're supposed to feel, when we're acting, about the characters we play: on that person's side, no matter what, because, in real life, aren't we always on our own side, no matter what we've done? I remember a guy I knew years ago who messed up a whole production of "Oklahoma" by playing Judd Frye so sympathetically, that the audience hated Curly, the hero, for killing Judd.
